Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 87 of the Local Government Act 1972 that one vacancy has occurred on the Horton Parish Council.

Unless a request for an election to be held is submitted in writing to theChief Executive, Electoral Services, Somerset Council, County Hall, The Crescent, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 4DYby 14^th October 2025 by ten electors for the Parish of Horton, the Parish Council will proceed to fill the vacancy by co-option.
